Leaders of multiple agencies noted there’s no organized system in place to check & treat mental health. Rochester Police Locust Club explained officers don’t always get time to treat their own mental health because they’re quickly needed at another emergency on their shift since there’s not enough staff. Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance showed what we do on our own to keep our crews taken care of.
