- Loans are first come, first serve. We cannot take reservations.
- Staff are on duty 24/7, although during off-hours and weekends, our staff may be out responding to emergencies. The best hours to receive a loaner device are Monday – Friday, normal business hours.
- Loaned devices are free of charge, but please return your loaned equipment so we can continue to help our neighbors.
- We do not loan sanitary equipment such as commodes or shower chairs.
